Message to Taz:
I've been fortunate to have many wonderful pets throughout my life, but my Taz was special. He was rescued from an abusive situation and did not trust many people, but I was fortunate to be his person.
He was my shadow for 14 years, and we shared a special bond that will never be duplicated. His health deteriorated quickly, and I was definitely not ready to say goodbye.
But Dr. Nicole was so kind, understanding, empathetic, and patient — I couldn't have let go of Taz any other way. He was a loving but nervous dog, and as sad as this was, it was probably the most peaceful he's ever been.
I cannot thank Dr. Nicole and the whole team at A Gentle Goodbye enough for the service they provide for families and our fur babies. Forever grateful — we truly thank you all for being with us during this incredibly sad and difficult time in our lives.

We adopted Taz on St. Patrick's Day in 2011 — my lucky charm.
He was a mama’s boy and followed me everywhere, my shadow. He loved his toys, his fur sister Whoopi, and the ladies. He was weary of men but knew which ones had good vibes.
He grew up with my son — they were together since my Myles was six years old, and now he's almost 21.
We were honored to provide a safe, loving home to Taz and to be his people. We’ll miss him always. May he rest in peace.
