Wolf

Message to Wolf: Born on 4/24/2012 Today he runs with Puffy, Hani, and Cocky Bird in Heaven. Rest in peace my sweet Wolf.
Tell us about Wolf: Wolf, alias Wolfman, Wolfie, the Wolfinator. His birthdate is approximate and coincides with my son Steven's passing. Steven had the Stuffed animal Shepherd you see in the photo since the day he was born and carried it around the house always, even into his preteen years. He named it Wolf so that is how Wolfie got his name. Wolfie loved to jump! His favorite way to catch a Frisbee was jumping for it. Didn't care much for the low tosses.
Of course, he would never return them. To give him a workout, we bought 5 or 6 Frisbees and tossed them consecutively until we were out. Then he would race you to collect as many as he could before you got them. He would flip them and stack them and carry up to 4 in his mouth.
Another way he loved to jump was to avoid all 6 steps off the deck to chase a critter in the yard, chasing them into the woods. He had to stop doing that when he tore his ACL. He ripped through many long tug ropes. He loved to learn new tricks and was a fierce guard dog, at least till you came in the house. We really miss him.
