Tell us about Sadie: We adopted Sadie from a foster called Pal's Place in Chicago. She was rescued from a high kill shelter in Kentucky and brought to Chicago with her five young pups in tow. When we met her at the door she ran down the steps to greet us like we were old pals and she was so excited she peed all over the place (too many hormones). She stole our hearts from the minute we met her and gave us 12 wonderful years of love, laughter and snuggles. She loved everyone she met and would happily give kisses when asked for them. She was such a good girl and was the smartest dog I've ever had. I was always amazed how she just seemed to "know" what we were saying. She also didn't hesitate to speak her mind, and had a lot of "feelings" she needed to share. We have so many great memories of our adventures doing agility classes, camping at the rocket launches, moonlit walks in the woods and exploring new places. Her presence in our lives was a precious gift and we will miss her terribly.
