Message to Raja: Raja meant the world to me. 14 years of waking up with him and falling asleep with him on my chest. Working from home everyday I barely left his side, unless it was to get him more food. I miss him everyday and catch myself going to check on him in his cat bed just to realize he's gone. I find peace in knowing he's no longer in pain and having a gentle goodbye assist in the most comfortable pain free stress free goodbye lifted a weight off my heart. I miss my little sewing buddy and creating won't be the same without him hovering over me.

Tell us about Raja: Being young and uneducated I was fixated on the bengal breed for their dog like characteristics. I know now adopting an animal is very much needed. Back then though, I stumbled upon a Craigslist listing of bengal kittens. All animals need a good home at the end of the day, and that's exactly what I provided for my little man. The second I saw raja he instantly came up and picked me. I remember going not prepared since I did not expect to actually get him just to "look". He stole my heart and from there on I dedicated my entire life to loving and protecting him. His name came from the movie Aladdin the tiger that protected jasmine. Instead of going out all night or adventuring as a young adult, I really just enjoyed staying home and cuddling him. Most people like to travel and see the world but I just really loved being with him, that's all I needed in life. Without him I really don't know where my life would have ended up. Staying home and creating with him by my side is the reason I have such a successful business. I would sit and sew for years with him right by my side. I took a break recently from my work since he was declining. The last week he was alive he would sit next to my machine and on my desk reminding me that it's time to get back to creating. That's exactly what I plan to do for him.
