Message to Oscar: Oscar was a big mama’s boy and I loved it. Him and my other cat, Jasper, were best friends who loved getting into all sorts of trouble together, playing, and snuggling at the end of the day. Anyone who had the pleasure of meeting him will tell you he was the sweetest boy ever who just wanted to hang with the girls.
Tell us about Oscar: I got Oscar and his best friend Jasper at the same time as a bonded pair. Oscar had been returned 7 times before I found him and the woman I got him from warned me to not expect to see him for the first two weeks as he is anxious and needs time to adjust. The first night I brought them home, I didn’t think I would see Oscar at all. But once I got into bed and laying down, he appeared out of no where and fell asleep on my chest and I knew he had just been waiting until he found me. He knew he was never going back and I immediately fell in love with him. He was a very anxious boy who wanted to love so badly but was nervous of people. He would run away if someone moved too fast or was a stranger, but by the end he was eager to meet new people and was thrilled to love comfortably. I will forever be so proud of the progress he made.
