Message to Lacy: Lacy was an amazing dog and gave us over 16 years of love and total loyalty. We have many wonderful memories with her. She was truly my best friend and partner for all of these years. My wife gave her as much love as any dog ever had.

Tell us about Lacy: We rescued Lacy from a shelter in Indiana. She had contracted Blastomycosis and eventually lost the sight in her left eye, but it didn't faze her at all. She was raised with our other Blue Tick; Molly and they had 10 years of fun and excitement together. They roamed the field and forest in our large dog park almost every day.

When we lost Molly due to cancer, Lacy became totally attached to us. She went everywhere with us and was a good traveler and friend. She loved all of our grandchildren and was very gentle when they were little kids. She is greatly missed.
