Message to Ellie: Ellie it's been so hard for us these past few days, even the other dogs seem to miss you. The day of your passing, when it was time to feed the other dogs, Karyme must have forgotten that you were no longer with us because she served your plate and was calling out for you to come eat. Ellie, you have been by far the most wonderful pet for this family that loves you and misses you very much!
Tell us about Ellie: My older son had gone to visit a friend in California and stopped at a gas station; my son gathered the trash they had in the car and walked to the dumpster. He said he heard some noises and walked towards the back and saw something moving, as he leaned over to his surprise it was a puppy, he did not know what breed it was and between him and his friend they named her Carlota because it resembled the name of the town. He took her back to his dorm and was able to keep her hidden until spring break and brought her home. I told him that name did not suit her, it sounded too grown up for tiny dog, so after calling her all cute names she responded to Ellie.
