Message to Desdemona: She was a difficult cat on paper; but to me she was my baby who woke me up at 5am for cuddles and purrs, and greeted me at the door when I came home from work. She will always be in my heart.
Tell us about Desdemona: Desdemona, originally Dustee, spent four years in the shelter. Other cats and people overwhelmed her; and she was very hissy in the general room, so they had to keep her in a separate room. I named her Desdemona after a book character who is a chaos demon, and I thought it fit. She loved to chase string toys and sun herself on her window ledge.
