Message to Coffi: I love you forever Coffi, you will forever be missed and never forgotten. We will all carry you in our hearts for the rest of our lives.
Tell us about Coffi: When I first got together with my husband, Coffi was only three years old. My husband got him from a pet store and realized that he was really skinny, scared, (the runt of the pups there) and was told that they have "better" looking Rottweilers coming soon. He was an American Rottweiler (AKC) so smaller than your typical German Rottweiler, most people were looking the "bigger" ones. My husband decided to get play with him and then got him immediately after! Since day one he has always been the best boy ever. My husband would take him on long bike rides everyday, long walks, and since he worked at a meat factory before, he was given nothing but good meat his entire life. Even after he stopped working there we always made sure to feed him his favorite meats.
He was always extremely protective of me and even more so throughout both of my pregnancies. Once our daughters were born (10 and 6 now) he was their first best friend. He played with them, would watch tv with them, steal their stuffies every chance he could get and get and just lay by them while they played. He never hurt them, tried to bite them, and was so gentle with them. When they first started school, he would go in their room and take a piece of their clothing while they would be gone. Me moved many times to different apartments, he was happy in every single one.
His favorite thing to eat was taco meat and boiled chicken with rice! He was an absolute sucker for stuffies! Our daughters knew if they left their stuffies on the couch or on the floor, they were his now. My husband named him coffi because he was black/brown like coffee. There is so many things I can say about how amazing he was, he truly changed my life, my husband's life, and my daughter's life and left us with a lifetime of beautiful memories to look back on. I will forever miss him but I am so thankful I got to experience such pure love like his and most of all, watch my daughters experience that too.
