Message to Chitown: Sweet little black bean. You are so loved and so missed, every day. Thank you for finding your way to us and for spending your life with us. I'll never forget the feeling of you curled up against my legs and your face resting in my hands; your head butts; and hugs. If there was anything that we could have given to keep you here, we would have given it over and over again, endlessly. You always made everything better for everyone, no matter what. You were the sweetest baby to everyone in this family.
Tell us about Chitown: Chitown found her way to us from an alley in Chicago. The kids were young and named her after the place she was found. She was so playful and loving. I loved watching her destroy every stuffed toy she was ever given. She loved being outside, and a walk could never be long enough when she felt well. She loved car rides and had to have every window down to rotate between. She was so goofy and playful.
She loved every single person she ever met, and was the best cuddle buddy ever. She was the best dog I could have ever asked for, and the house feels so much emptier without her.
