Message to Nova: Nova, you were the most brilliant, beautiful, goofy, loving, and rare creature. The words catch in my throat when I have to speak about you in past tense now. Adopting you will remain one of the best decisions of our lives. We will love and miss you forever.
Tell us about Nova: We adopted Nova from PAWS in 2013. She has been part of every day, decision, and event in our lives since then. She loved swimming in Lake Michigan, she hiked national parks, she traveled the country with us when we moved west for a few years, she enjoyed many lazy days of relaxation, and she loved herding people and other dogs in true Border Collie fashion. Anyone she met was adopted into her personal flock, and she would watch over them. She was eternally wise and also so goofy. She made an impact on everyone she met. We love you so much, girl.
