Message to Luca: No one tells you about the norm you take advantage of when your here. But now gone are the greetings when we come through that door. No more hearing that collar clinging, hearing you rush from wherever you are with that tail wagging like crazy. No more wasting at the dinner table having you go to each of us with them big eyes and in our heads we hear you "are you gunna finish that?" There's plenty more norms i can go on and on about and they all will be missed. Coming home everyday hasn't been the same. You were always more than a dog and pet to us. You were our son, brother, that made us a family for the past eight years. We love and miss you always.
Tell us about Luca: Luca was adopted in December 2017. Didn't expect to come home with a dog that day we went to go see dogs. But none of us could resist them big floppy ears and big sad eyes looking at us. Your name actually came from the movie the Godfather. Always wanted to name my first dog after a character from there. Favorite things were to dig holes when he shouldn't, run to any food that hit the floor (except vegetables he always stood away from them) lol. Enjoyed fries, nuggets, and pup cups when he got a chance. Tried for the life of him to catch a squirrel lol. He was fast enough but just couldn't get up that fence/garage like they could. And most importantly he was there when we needed him, even was a good listener when you needed to just talk and vent.
