Message to Zuzu: ZuZu was truly a treasure and I feel so lucky to have spent 20 years with her. Thank you to A Gentle Goodbye and Dr. Heather for helping me through the process of allowing ZuZu to be at peace. I will miss her every day.

Tell us about Zuzu: ZuZu was living in a feral cat colony behind a diner in Columbus, Ohio. She was caught by a local cat rescuer, along with her brother. ZuZu came to me around the age of 4 months. She was very scared of people but slowly we bonded and she spent the next 20 years as my companion. She was with me for many of my major adult milestones and at my side during the illness and subsequent death of my mother. I will always treasure her companionship, her cuddles, her stubbornness and her gorgeous Calico coat.
