Message to Payton: Our dog of firsts ❤ He watched as his mamas went from friends to falling in love. He was apart of all of our firsts.. first laughs and cries together. He watched as we built our life together. He was supposed to be there for when we got married, bought our first house, and all the other firsts we thought we still had together. Seven years was nowhere near enough, but we would choose you a million times over. Our forever first baby, Payton Michael ❤🌈
Tell us about Payton: Mama and I drove to Chicago as just friends to pick you up. The name Payton just fit. As he grew up, he was truly one of a kind. His feet were way too big for his body, so we called them his flippers. He’d stomp his feet, huff when he didn’t get his way, give you the BEST puppy dog eyes, and bark anytime his mamas showed each other affection. 😂 He loved his squeaky toys, his Papa, his Nana, all of our friends… and he tolerated the cats.
