Paxton
Date of Passing: 01/23/2024
Message to Paxton: Paxton embodied pure sweetness in every way. His favorite gesture of affection was a loving head nuzzle, as if he wanted to share his warmth with everyone around him. His eyes, reminiscent of a teddy bear, could melt anyone's heart. We often engaged in "love stare contests," locking our gazes from across the room, playfully challenging each other to be the first to wink.
Paxton had an undeniable zest for life. He cherished car rides, playing in the sand by the lake, taking walks along the river, dance parties with his beloved mom, and snuggling up with his human-sister, Alia. While his human friend circle was vast, his bond with his fellow canines was always a struggle. However, he still managed to have a close-knit group of friends; including his girlfriend, Reagan, his best friend Freddie, and of course his inseparable connection with his adopted sister, Sydney.
Saying goodbye to Paxton is an extraordinary challenge because we are certain that we will never encounter another dog as remarkable as him. Paxton's memory will forever be etched in our hearts, a testament to the extraordinary love and joy he brought into all of our lives.
Tell us about Paxton: I picked Paxton out from the shelter because the second I took him out of his cage he hugged me and wouldn’t let go. I knew at that moment he was a dog with a lot of love to give, and I was absolutely right!
