Oliver (Ollie)

Name: Oliver (Ollie)

Date of Passing: 07/09/2026

Message to Ollie: Oliver was a boy who rarely wagged his tail, but he always knew he was loved and cared for. People, especially little girls, went crazy when they saw him. He and Naomi shared an especially wonderful bond when she visited. You were stilled in her presence, something that didn't happen to often.

Tell us about Ollie: Oliver "Ollie" was a "velcro" dog who came from a rescue, apparently turned back into the rescue more than one time. We got him when he was about four and had him for 12 years. Brock was Ollie's "comfort" human. Along with other other four leggeds, we enjoyed many wonderful walks together. Due to his delicate digestive system, we made him home cooked food to sooth his system. He was always very high strung and bit several people in our lives, including Moisette's brother (multiple times); we called it tartare; He also bit Moisette's sister shortly after a knee replacement. And he bit our 90 year old mother as well as a friend dropping off a Christmas gift. And a neighbor kid, too. He demanded attention from our 55 pound mix, Finn, who would readily submit to Oliver's will, enthusiastically licking him until Oliver had his fill.
