Message to Mortimer: We miss you so much, Mortimer, Sir Fluffs-a-lot. In the words of Winnie the Pooh, I am lucky to have someone who makes saying goodbye so hard. I will hold you in my heart and love you forever.

Tell us about Mortimer: My sweet Mortimer came to us from a foster home. I drove over four hours each way to meet him and them pick him up when the adoption was finalized. He had been in a volatile household and our quiet home what just what he needed. He was a tiny guy with big soft paws that thudded on the wood floor with every step, causing us to call his feet "little stompers." He loved to be groomed daily and to have his face washed. I will miss those daily sessions.
