Message to Jezzie: I am so incredibly lucky that Jezzie chose me and I feel blessed to have had her in my life. Losing her has been very tough on both myself and her siblings, but I’m so glad that she was a part of this family and gave us so much joy and so many great memories throughout the years. Although our hearts are breaking, we know that it was right to let you go. We love you so very much and you will be forever missed.
Tell us about Jezzie: I adopted Jezzie when she was 4 months old along with her cat sister Lily. Jezzie spent the first few days showing Lily that she planned to take lead in the house until Lily finally relented. She was a bit of a bully until Lily fell in line which is how she got the name Jezebel. But she very quickly settled down and started to play more of a loving den mother role so I shortened her name to Jezzie. She loved to sit in front of the fireplace or sit in window soaking up the sun and watching the birds. She liked to snuggle but it was always on her timeline and terms which I was more than happy to accommodate. She was also happy to gift a snuggle to her cat sisters and her dog sister from time to time. She was a very beautiful and dainty little girl and she knew how to work a room. She was such a huge personality wrapped in a tiny package. She has always run the household, I just pay the bills. She just had this way about her and her sisters always listened to her and just fell in line. She provided us all with stability when it was needed. Thank you for coming into my life and for letting the whole family show you the love that you deserved. You will be forever missed Jezzie.
