Message to Cyle: For two years people passed him by at the shelter. Something about his face caught my eye so I went to see him. I petted him awhile and when I turned to look at another cat he nipped me, as if to say there is no need to look further. It took nearly three months before he let me pet him at home and in a short time, wherever I went, Cyle went. I've had cats my whole life but never one that showed so much devotion. And I've never had a cat who was so darn predictable. I pretty much knew exactly what he would do depending on where he was or the time of day.
So very empty here.
Tell us about Cyle: Found him at Barbs and kept his given name. There would be enough stress for him in new surroundings without having a new name added to the list. Cyle loved playing fetch with glitter balls often dropping one after another at my feet till I got the message. Of all the cats I've had none was I closer too. One other crazy antic I have never seen. Almost without exception whenever he would eat dry cat food he would use a paw and claws somehow to remove one single piece at a time, place it beside the dish and eat it. I doubt it was the whisker issue because occasionally he'd just eat from the bowl.
