Message to Capone: Our sweet Capone's presence is missed beyond anything we could have ever prepared for. He was the happiest boy who recently earned the title of "Most Friendly" at his doggy daycare for Back to School Day. Capone made every day brighter with his goofy smile and happy tail that seemed to never stop wagging. We already miss the sound of your excited bark when you'd hear the car pull up, your happy playful growls when you played tug-o-war, and of course your signature howl anytime a firetruck would drive by. (I literally cry every time I hear a firetruck). We feel comforted knowing you were given a wonderful life and felt incredibly loved every single day. Your sister CoCo must be thrilled to have you back with her over the Rainbow Bridge. Run free our sweetest goodest boy!!

Tell us about Capone: Capone had a rough start to his young life, being mistreated by his original owner who broke his leg and dumped him & his brother at a shelter to be euthanized at just 8 weeks old. Thankfully, a local rescue took Capone and his brother in and got them strong and healthy. From the day we adopted Capone he was spoiled with love, attention, endless amounts of ropes and toys, and lots of homemade food. He loved his visits to doggy daycare to romp around with BFFs. He loved walks, tug-o-war battles, basking in the sun, and his all-time favorite, the water hose! Capone was the perfect dog to welcome 2 babies into the household and eventually a puppy brother, Keo, from the same rescue. Everyone loved Capone, he was a popular guy with the best “happy tail” that could leave bruises on your legs if you let him wag next to you long enough. There will never be another like you Capone aka Poney aka Poney Baloney.
