Message to Ava: Ava was the best dog anyone could wish for. She was happy, cute, silly, loyal, loved to give kisses and just wanted to be close to you. It was easy to adore and even spoil her a little. One of the things I loved best is that she listened intently when you talked to her no matter what time day or night. I was blessed to be her ‘mom’ and will miss my little companion more than she will ever know. My heart will never be the same and I will remember our many years together filled with lots of love and with great joy.
Tell us about Ava: I searched long and hard for 3-4 months for a rescue dog to find the perfect addition to our family and fell in love with her when I saw her picture. Besides being beautiful with many different colors in her coat, she was well behaved, quiet, low maintenance, and just an all-around sweet, gentle little girl. Her favorite thing to do was go for walks and happily sniff along the way. On the days that were windy, she would stand for a long time just enjoying sniffing the air. She was happiest when she would see, and be with her family, friends, and favorite lunchtime ladies who were a special part of her life.
